Shipping Rates and PoliciesShipping rates are based on the Federal Express Ground rate and include a minimum $2.00 handling fee. Shipping fees are for Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous US States only. Most items are shipped within 24 -48 hours of order, but standard delivery includes 1-14 business days.
Shipping charges quoted are not exact, some orders may be modified without prior notification after your order confirmation to reflect a decrease or increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees accessed at time of shipment. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.

We guarantee any products purchased from 1ClickFirstAidKit for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. The products must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. If the product is defective, please contact us to get a return authorization number, we will refund the price of the product and standard shipping costs. Any order that is returned for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
